How much per delivery?

With every meal prep operating differently, prices will vary depending on a few factors of your meal prep company (ex: delivery days/windows, volume, and radius) However, our delivery fees are flat rate per delivery.

Delivery Volume

Being that we are exclusive to only meal prep companies, we must make sure that the volume of deliveries a meal prep company provides does make sense for us to maintain reliable drivers. We do not piggy back your deliveries with other types of deliveries.

Delivery Radius

We have been able to expand more than 70% of our meal prep partners to further delivery radius, attracting new and fresh clients.

Delivery Days/Time Windows

Delivery days & windows often have to do with how your current kitchen and prep operations is ran. However, we typically hold delivery windows in under 4 hours.

How are customers notified with delivery ?

Our delivery software sends a series of 3 automated text messages to customers at different stages of the delivery route keeping customers informed through the entire delivery process.

1st Notification - Predictive ETA

When drivers arrive to your kitchen, a PREDICTIVE ETA will be automatically sent to ALL customers letting them know what time they can expect their delivery as well as THE # OF STOPS AWAY their delivery is.

2nd Notification - On The Way

When driver starts a customer's delivery, that specific customer will get a text message letting the know that THEIR DELIVERY IS IN PROGRESS, at which point customer can track and initiate communication with their delivery driver.

3rd Notification - Delivery Complete

The last and final text notification will let customers know that driver has COMPLETED THE DELIVERY to a specific address successfully, while driver uploads a photo of the delivery.

How do you find RELIABLE drivers?

NOTE: If you have your own drivers already in place, we'd love to bring him/her to our platform where we will maintaining your driver as well as assuming all the risks. We don't just let anybody be a driver. New drivers are brought through our detailed 3-STEP hiring process that applicants go through to become a driver.

Background Checks

Drivers undergo a 3-year background check to ensure that we not only have a reliable driver but to maintain a certain level or professionalism.

Self-Proficiency Testing

Self proficiency testing allows us to determine how an applicant will handle an adverse situation while still being able to perform the task at hand in timely manner.

Reliability Testing

A multi-series test is performed by each applicant testing their reliability as a person and driver.

How do you handle misdeliveries?

One thing that separates us from other delivery services is we hold ourselves accountable for any misdeliveries or issues that result from mistakes on our end of the delivery.

Mis-deliveries

If we see that a delivery was dropped off at wrong address and can't be corrected, we will refund you at 100% of what customer paid for that weeks meals as well as our delivery fee.

Our Software

Our software is designed to hold both driver and customer accountable with time stamped actions our driver takes, conversations between driver & customers, as well as if customers view tracking link.
